there are 6 scenariois: WIn,lost, Tie in 2 matches. US advances if any of the 5 scenarios happen out of 6 which is very likely.. In 6th scenario : US lost to Ger, Ghana wins against POR - US can still have fair chance to advance | ||

In your statement above, you are saying the same - the GD in the last 2 matches alone is 3, so Ghana will go through. | ||
