if you want that kind of setup do one thing..don't apply for Change of status. apply for a fresh H1 (ask him to apply as though you are in india)..you can ask him to do so, but not providing your current I94 details etc when you file for H1.he will file as new h1 from india.. the downside is if h1 is approved, you need to get stamping outside US to start working for the employer. you will ahve flexibility on when to start(when you get stamped) etc etc. Happy Vizag | ||

This is what happened... 2008 lo okadu h1 apply chesaadu... Petition approve ayyindhi next process start chedaam annadu (like stamping etc.,) Appatiki stable position lo undadam tho we thought H1 lite ani... recent ga company vaadu L1 chesi us pampaadu... Jan lo came to US. Ikkada company position antha ga baaledhu and at the same time ee H1 employer gaadu offer ichaadu...Nuvvu cap loki raavu naa company ki vachey ani H1 apply chesdaam ani...2008 lo approve aina petition vaadukoleedu asalu... but since you already have a petition approved once, you dont have to apply for h1 under cap ani cheppadu... EE vishayam lo maaku assalu knowledge leedu... Also, we dont have any info about the petition back from 2008. receipt number kuda leedu... | ||

Forget about notice annai...as soon as you receive approval, you are on H1B status because change of status is applied automatically! there is a loop hole like you will not know it until you receive papers from USCIS...so online status raagane maha ante 1 week ivvu...nannadigithe konchem kastam aina repe last day ani cheppu...notice ivvu annaranuko legal team opinion ivvandi unta ani adugu...legal will not allow you on L1 once your COS is approved in my opinion | ||
