Ok bedars...LAST question: Nenu INDIAN STAMP Paper paina yedo type chesukoni potha...and some one need to sign it in front of a Notary and the Notary should notarize...will they they do it? Again this is not a COPY of some document...this is ORIGINAL Indian GOVT Stamp Paper...chesthara? My Brother In Law says they will not NOTARIZE a INDIAN GOVT STAMP PAPER...is he WRONG? This is not the same...manam oka STAMP paper paina yedo matter type chesi teesuku poyi oka person tho signature cheyinchi NOTARY tho sign cheyinchatam...and this is not same as NOTARIZING a COPY! This is NOTARIZING a STAMP paper which is a INDIAN GOVT document. Also, ee madhyana Indian PASSPORT copies pai BANKs lo NOTARY cheyatledu...they did not do it 10 days ago in WELLS FARGO! I got it notarized in Wells Fargo Bank. but he is desi.s aid they cant really do it but did for me as he knows mee. Notary is more like witness. Go to SVT and there also u can get notarized No Signature | ||

Bedars and Sisters You cannot notarize an Indian government document in the United States! Pai statement correct ye naa? Maavi konni documents STAMP paper pai unnayi...vaati lo okari signature kavali and NOTARIZE cheyinchali....Can't we do it in USA? If NOT, what is the other way we can do it? What is FRANKING? Please share your knowledge. Basically, we prepared a Relinquishment Deed and that deed need to be signed by a person, that person says USA Notary will not sign a Indian document (Stamp paper pai print chesam and adi NOTARY sign cheyadu antunnadu)!
