People who cannot understand the essense of Dharma and cannot impement in daily life , any kind of feeling of they know more can cause this state of mind Sri Rama and Sri Krishna are the best examples of the ones who are 2 facets of human dharma in 2 different Yugas. They showed the people how dharma can be followed without any raag dwesha feelings They too are not 100% perfect and 100% prefection leads stalling of nature's cycle. According to Sanatana View - Following The procedures set by Veda is Dharma. It differes from Yuga to Yuga. Right Guru only can explain the right meaning coined in Vedas.
