maa vallu 3-4 yrs back konukkunaru 250 gajalu 15 lks.....500 gajalu 25-30lks alaga yekkado anukuneru varadai dataka 1 km lopale ....ippudee rates chustunte city lo kakunda mem kuda mangalgiri lo konukkunte poyedi anipistandi........:-(
