Yes.. diaper is wet.. wet upto socks.. no weights .. just Banana before workout... warm up 3x8 burpes 3x 30 Jumping Jacks 30 sec High steps and 5 Pushups X 3 rounds 8x3 sec rope 3 round Crunches dropping weights 20x3 Squats 60 Second Plank on bose some exercise on abs and 30x3 hanging knee heighs total 1 hour ... how is this ?.. advices?, suggestions?.. |
