do 10 mins avove avg warm up
then 5 mins stretch

and ending lo 5 min cool down stretching

every day. no way. but 2 days a week for sure...
using summer for tennis, if I can...

dropping weights 20x3 Squats

60 Second Plank on bose

some exercise on abs and 30x3 hanging knee heighs

total 1 hour ...
