He may not emote but he dances and sings for everything. She has to be intelligent and gauge his feelings as and when it's needed. He will not say a word, but will sing and dance in happiness, grief, celebration etc.
CGI Rajini is also an aggressive brutal warrior seeking revenge for his father's death. He will in the process kill his lover's father and will marry her over the father's dead body (literally) and she will have to be okay about the whole arrangement.
