1) Foreign policy to appease 20 million Srilankans at the expense of alienating 70 million own state people is rubbish. But Indians hate one another and ignore others suffering. Telengana will not be an issue at all if Telugus had worked together for the communities betterment. 2) If you salute an Indian soldier, questioning SL Tamils saluting leadership of LTTE seems absurd. The outfit was accepted by the people as their defenders, just like any army would be accepted by its people. V. Prabha Karan for the killing of Rajiv Gandhi but not many people will admit that the latter had ordered the former killed while in India. It's best to read history from all sides to filter truth. The SL leader to SL tamils will be as important to them as an Indian leader is to an Indian. 3) War tactics used by any world army is no different from LTTE. Suicide bombers or government bombs, they all kill innocent people. Under aged persons were made to fight by many countries, including West. Ignorance is bliss to many. 4) SL Sinhalese and SL Tamils are all from India. The difference between both parties is that while the Tamils have no problem with its Indian identity and culture, the Sinhalese generally hate India. President's Rajapakshe's 25 year old video interview declaring India as a threat to Sinhala Buddhist identity is available in Youtube. 5) Best thing to happen is that Jayalalitha is not in a position to call shots and that DMK has been totally wiped out for 5 years. Only way SL Tamils will see any relief is if India abstains from any action and the West intervenes. 6) Indians living in India need to worry about the fact that their brothers of approximately 70 years back are now hating on them.
