A (Desi) showed a handgun to B (Desi), at about 8:00 PM on a particular Day X in the US, threatening to hurt B and his family in India, claiming that he is powerful and influential in both countries, in an apartment, over some heated arguments regarding some trivial issues. B pissed his pants, like literally, and the only concern after the threatening incident was to safeguard his family in India. B mustered courage the following morning on Day X + 1, and lodged a complaint and pressed charges against A, in the town's police station at 9:00 AM, about the display of a fire-arm, and the threats to cause physical harm.
