Goonda:I am a regular migraine sufferer.. but if i have been running for a few weeks.. migraine is at bay.. and i get migraine back 5-6 weeks after i stop running..i have found my medicine..
Goond Uncle, Signed up for Dallas today. Meeru kuda vasthara? Right now not in a shape. Yesterday had to pant like a dog for 6 miles. It will be an uphill battle for next season |

Oil pulling if done for a month regularly will eliminate bads breath keeps the gums and teeth clean in longer course in some cases stops bleeding gums they claim many benefits , but i cannot vouch for it always choose sunflower oil and do it gently without letting yourslefd swallow or choke |

lost 15 lbs in 5 months - combination of oil pulling, 5 day varying workouts coupled with some yOga. also talking lemon and honey water in the morning initial 10 it took 2.5 months, later i really toiled to break the next barrier to loose next set. Now i can effortlessly do some very good Yogic poses , feeling light and was able to monkey hanging by holding tree branches My goal is to loose another 10-12 lbs atleast and buila leaner and stronger muscles with feeling good all the day Still my greatest worry is not to get a hold on my emotional roller coasters on any given day. Started some meditation and serious introsepction |

if this is first time.. plan for a 4 month training.. first month..25 miles.. 2nd month..35 miles.. 3rd month..50 miles and 4th month 60 miles.. practice 3 days a week...out of which 1 day for a long run and slower than your usual speed. start with 1.5 miles run and increase the distance 10% Week-over-Week.. you should be good. If you can do couple of 8-9 miles continously(or with breaks).. you can easily do half marathon. The first time i ran half.. the longest i did was 6.5 miles.. but i was young then.. can't do the same mistake now.. i got migraine couple of times, after running. mostly dehydration ki, oka sari literally stars kanipinchayi ------------------------------ oka saari enti eppudu vachina stars ye, vomitings etc...whole day will be gone. Then I decided it's not worth it as I am losing time with my kids - that too on a weekend. |

Never run or exercise when your body is sick. Give ample rest to body. There is nothing like that you are missing something if you are doing today.. At the end of the day , it is your body and you have to give ample rest. If you force your body to do something when your body is not prepared then you are going to hurt than doing good. god bless you |

Posting my experience yesterday. My target was an 8 mile run sunday morning starting at 6:30. Was up by 5:30, was in the park by 6:15 with bella. i usually do a walk n sprint n stretch for a mile, and then start with the target run. i was feeling tired and was not in proper mood for a run. after my initial warm up, i felt almost ill, and thought i can barely run another mile.. stretched for a few minutes, sat down by the lake, watching bella play in the water for about 15 mins. I decided that my be i will run a couple of miles, and then decided whether to continue or go home. i started my run, my first mile was very tiring and my legs were giving away but i continued for the second mile, i felt better by the time i made the second mile, but wasnt pushing myself anymore.. i went through 3rd and 4th mile before i knew it, and after that my run was as smooth as it ever could be. finally after the 8th mile i did not feel like stopping.. pressed on for another mile, and then decided to halt. after the run, i was feeling much better than how i was feeling before i started the warmup. this has happend earlier, and i have given up my target run many times because of that feeling. lesson learnt, its all in our mind.. as long as body physically isn't hurting i think the system needs abit of kick in the butt to make it move. was so glad i did it yesterday. the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada |
