Hyd has been badly affected, that is a 5 years story...but even in other cities things are bad...in Gurgaon, rates have been flat or in a marginally decline for the past 2 years... in real terms that is a 20% drop if you factor in inflation. Rents have dropped by 15-20%. One of my friends was staying in a place at 76000 rent, recently at the time of renewal he renegotiated it for 68000.

unsold stock..fresh gaa sale avvakapothe...you can not resell if flats remain vacant for long..as you need to maintain them in show case condition for each customer visit...

Atleast in near time frame...No builder can make big bucks in Hyderabd,,if inventory is not moving quickly

but buyers don't understan this, they think market padipoyindi cheap ga dorkuthayi ani try chesthunnaru...
