Yes .. first rule.. dont look at prime plots.. highway pakkana etc.. just edo oka road side unte saripettukovali..
2nd rule.. dont look to make quick profit as hype is factored into the prices.. look long term..wait for the right time.. sometimes price wont appreciate even after 5 years but will shoot up in couple of months after 5yrs.. so you just need to be patient..and make sure your principal is safe..

recent land deal I know of.. between Vja-GNT - Prathuru , Kunchanapalli area 1.5 lks/cent... price 1000 yards away is 3.5 lks/cent.. so you just need to wait and watch

Yes.. I agree.. Vja economy is not dependent on IT or other external service sector jobs.. so dont see why it would fall.. it would only go up when other factors add in.. till now it went up from agri. income thats generated within..once service sector jobs pour in.. dont know whats the limit..
