Hey I have misspelt middle name in my certificates and the surrendered Indian passport....
Certs lo middle name for example Murthy ani certs lo vundi and moorthy ani Indian and UK passport lo vundi...I havent verified for the past many many years and now I have to apply for OCI...problem emannaa avvuddaaa???? Do I need to submit any affidavit, which could help ?
expert advice please....

Copy of old passports kooda avasaram ledu. New passport vi unte chaalu. You can still mail them to be on the safe side. |

We weren't asked for parents birth certificates. Not a requirement in our situation. |

Application form matram complete ga type chesi print cheyyali. They will not accept hand written forms. Passport andubatulo leka I used pen for some lines on second page. Had to go back to resubmit. |
