I agree. It will take a while (20 yrs at least) to see the economical impact of the division to a stage where reorganization might be necessary. What would be more imminent, are the efforts that T leaders would act on the withheld promises of water, jobs, education and resources. SA will feel the brunt more. Atleast on the sidelines of having a full fledged capital city. Common man who is money minded will still use services from Hyd after the bitterness calms down. People who are living in Hyderabad for more than 5-10 yrs will not feel the difference. Even after 20 yrs if T people want to merge, I doubt SA people would allow it. Similar to Iyers/Iyengars ....they were literally driven away in Tamilnadu with too many reservations for the BCs etc. Iyers/Iyengars are one of the very few forward classes in Tamilnadu. Thats why you will too many of them in Central governments as they tried jobs etc out of Tamilnadu due to reservations etc. I personally think Jayalalitha (Iyengar) being one of the most powerful CMs of India despite the fact that they were literally mocked upon and driven out is a sweet revenge. She heading the party , the parent party of which was anti-forward caste/anti sanskrit makes it so much sweet. | ||

Good points. I am trying to direct all the hopelessness of SA people into a creative and progressive direction. My bottomline is the same people who have opted for seperation (or drove SA people out according to some SA folks) should come forward to embrace them. That would be a sweet revenge instead of trying all kinds of destructive ways like boycotting HYD or boycotting T people, not being friendly with T People etc. It also means that we should prove them wrong that seperation was a mistake. We cannot force someone to stay with you when the do not like you or respect you. | ||

I have not seen the grass root T agitation. But my feeling is that the so called "hatred" of T people towards A is not directed against a common man, but towards politicans, land grabbers and lobbyists. Maa colony lo all sides chala mandi hard working middle class A families unnayi, we never felt they are any different. Hopefully that is what majority of low and middle class T familes feel. T agitation again from people perspective can be precipitated to - We want to rule ourselves. We feel justice can be done to region if some T person is the higher authority. As a Hyderabadi- I feel that Hyderabad is saturated and being strained! There is too much water scarcity and every time I go to India, I am seeing more and more new apartments - literal ga peka medallaaga kadthunnaaru! One good thing about T formation is- the exodus to Hyderabad from various places will stop and this will give a good opportunity to people from A to develop cities like Vizag, Vijayawada, Tirupati etc., I don't think people who have been living, working for the past 10-15 years in Hyderabad will sell their properties and leave Hyderabad to go to their home towns! First of all,this is not based on hatred or fear. This is based on developing andhra and make sure each and penny spent is going to andhra region. 1. Wake up. Dont believe in common capital. its not going to work.Every ruppe dollar spent in hyderabad hurts andhra. there is no revenue sharing to A..just a temporary place holder. so no point 2.Dont invest in Hyderabad anymore. If u have anything sell and invest in Andhra 3. Dont fly directly to hyderabad airports..instead drop in mumbai or delhi and take local flights to VSKP or VIJ. local airports will be developed this way. 4. Hyderanad is gone for good. 5. Biggies, invest in Andhra and provide local employment. 6.
