In a long pending court case regarding a rental agreement and lease, media baron Ramoji Rao has faced the ire of Supreme Court. Judges have directed him to vacate Eenadu Office within next three months and asked him to pay the pending rentals too.

Ramoji Rao's 'Eenadu' office building in Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam is owned by one Kumar Varma and was taken on a lease by our media baron. However, Ramoji failed to hand over the place to the original owner even after the end of stipulate time as per agreement. Not stopping there, he stopped paying rents for which the owner filed a cheating case and lawsuit against him. In a major setback, Ramoji lost the case despite trying hard to win it and now should pay fine, pending rent and handover the place.

Nuvvu property ki owner aythe aa noppi thelusthundhi. legal/ethical anukuntu siggodilesi support okati.
1973 to 2007 as per contract rent payments (every thing ok).
2007 owner wanted ramoji to vacate or pay rent as per market.
2012 ruling was in favor of owner and asked ramoji to vacate (order of eviction)
2014 supreme court upheld 2012 ruling and asked Ramoji to pay market value from 2012 and continue with market rate or vacate.

And you still support Ramoji (even say that he won the case...). malli 7th pass / fail anukuntoo vere valla meedha comments...

if govt land was occupied illegally or assigned land then state govt can be involved and govt can file case.

HYDERABAD: Justice G V Seethapathy of the AP High Court on Monday dismissed a civil revision petition filed against Ch Ramoji Rao of Eenadu group in a case pertaining to leasing of land to house the Eenadu office at Visakhapatnam.

Ramoji Rao is seeking an extension of lease of this land admeasuring 2.78 acres for another 33 years from the land owner, MAEKK Varma. Saying that the extension of the lease was subject to mutual agreement on rent and period and since there is no mutuality arrived at between him and Ramoji, the land owner refused to extend the lease agreement.

Ramoji Rao is seeking an extension of lease of this land admeasuring 2.78 acres for another 33 years from the land owner, MAEKK Varma. Saying that the extension of the lease was subject to mutual agreement on rent and period and since there is no mutuality arrived at between him and Ramoji, the land owner refused to extend the lease agreement
