no where its said VARMA RENEWED RENT FOR 10K during court proceedings

this case is all about EXTENSION OF LEASE.ramoji says EXTENSION OF LEASE AND HIKING RENT is based on MUTUAL CONSENT.so he will pay only 10k and wont vacate.

VARMA says its is not MUTUAL CONSENT .RAMOJI HAS TO PAY MKT RATE as per VARMA WISHES or otherwise ramoji should vacate

initial case is this read below this is regarding EXTENSION OF LEASE.owner is not willing extending of lease saying it is not mutual.ramoji is saying extension of lease is mutual.BUT IN FINAL JUDGEMENT NOW RAMOJI HAS TO EVICT THE BUILDING AND LEASE WAS TERMINATED. WIN OF OWNER


HYDERABAD:September 23, 2008 . Justice G V Seethapathy of the AP High Court on Monday dismissed a civil revision petition filed against Ch Ramoji Rao of Eenadu group in a case pertaining to leasing of land to house the Eenadu office at Visakhapatnam. Ramoji Rao is seeking an extension of lease of this land admeasuring 2.78 acres for another 33 years from the land owner, MAEKK Varma. Saying that the extension of the lease was subject to mutual agreement on rent and period and since there is no mutuality arrived at between him and Ramoji, the land owner refused to extend the lease agreement
