Cover 2 zone is waste annai if u got a very good QB .. but Cover 2 man with nice D line and LB's is as good as any other scheme ..
Carolina dhi anduke success because they got the most underrated line with hardy and johnson from outside ..

exploiting matchups right..nen cover 2 scheme chepthunna.. it appears as double team kani kadu.. let me try to explain in more detail.
on the line of scrimmage - CB lines up opp to respective WRs. cover 2 DL will be like this - Right DE, NT,2 technique DT,Left DE. LBs = Weak Side LB,MLB,Strong side LB.
Strong safety lines up few yards away from the LOS. FS will be further deep from LOS. So when WR breaks free on either side - FS will go either side to help out CB who is in trouble.
cover -2 lo blitzing very uncommon. Standard 4 man rush untundi. MLB has to make call to secondary and tell them how to line up i.e man or zone.Depending on MLB call - FS will move. Cover 2 lo FS has more responsibility over CBs in that he has to find out whom QB is going to throw. |

thats what am saying if we double team vd..it will open for others
and panthers cbs cannot cover them with out safety help..its all about
