For night carbs, go for brown rice,oat meal(avoid instant oats), sweet potato. This would fuel your muscle to recover. Eat as it required. night carbs thinedi untey.. dont eat rice or readily convertible carbs. Need to eat something really heavy i.e. things which take more than 6hrs to digest, for vegans Pesarattu is good thing to eat at night without much oil and without too much chutneys. Ranbir Kapoor is god of acting |

Carbs are main culprit for belly. It is all about carbs turning to fat. If you control carbs than you can reduce belly. But carbs are main fuel for your muscle building and for other energy. You cannot avoid carbs just like that. For that you need to eat carbs only when you require and use it. If there are any unused carbs then it will become fat. To avoid this , you can eat carbs only when your workout and avoid carbs when you do not. also have carbs when you have high activity like jogging,lifting , doing heavy works etc. If you are working in the morning than eat carbs before workout and after work out. Also Eat in the night so that your body will use it through out the night and recover your muscle. Do not eat in the afternoon. If you eat in the noon time than it might become unused carbs and may turn into fat. eat only veggies and protein in the afternoon. Avoid rice , bread, beans etc ... Carbs is very important.
