it started silly..........but seems like it went deeper than that.......first it started only as misuse.......but then, as usual MB instead of apologizing...........looks like he tried to blame productions house....and other crappy games........... now comes the twist in the story....until now it is a mistake.....but now, it seems like he is not acting like a gentleman.......and possible being a crook.........if he had share in the production house.....and then if the books are not in order............what kinda gentleman is he?.......... that my friend is a valid reason to take away the award....if not the misuse in titles......... ofcourse, I am sure you are convinced that MB is an absolute gentleman......but alas, it doesnt count in court......hope u understand the case better now..........than looking thru ur simplified view of title misuse.........dont get hung up....move and be dynamic... just my opinion...cud be wrong though... | ||

The issue is court is no going to look at each and every-time some one uses the Padmasri... Court will only act when some one notices and when a petition is received .... So In MB case, coutt lo case vesaaru...after looking in to the details, court judgement pass chesindi... Without knowing FULL details of the CASE, I was thinking it looked silly that court slapped that kind of punishment for simple mistake. There must be bigger reason why court got mad and based on Eenadu story, now it is clear that there were Binami companies and MB lying about the whole thing etc. which makes sense for court getting mad. Now-a-days courts are being stricter than olden days. | ||
