I have personal experience. They don't know what the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE is. I am not blaming Devayani here, but generally saying the consulate staff's attitude. I don't know the staff will behave like that due to CUSTOMER's behaviors (read indians here) or they behave like that naturally (as they are also Indians), but result is CUSTOMER service SUCKS big time. | ||

so every day common person getting raped is not a big deal in india as it happens every day , who the XXX cares about some aaam aadmi raped in india .. she may not be even worth to mention as the person may not in some influential caste .. But we are very much worried a great IFS INDIAN officer , whoes father is IAS, got admission as dalit , became doctor , spent indian money to become one, never worked as doctor , became IFS in dalit qutoa, was stripped and searched and arrested ..
