Vajpay, Eddurappa alane chesaru... ------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------- brother usually any gov that wons the largest number of seats will go with the list and submit to governor to form a goverment and tell if more seats are required to reach the magic mark they will inform to governor that they will get support and prove the majority ... this is a rare kind of situation but due to smaller states its become more fequent now a days .. here the governor role is crucial.. in the two instance you told vajpay and eddurappa ,, they have chances to get support for other party or independent candidates ..so they are confident and governor or president also accepted as per ther analysis or understand again i told the goveror or prsident role is crucial here ... but in this situation as we know congres 8 BJP 32 AAP 28 other 2 how will bjp confidently go to governor that they can prove the majority no gambling can be done here .. assuming that 2 independts also support them they only end up 34 still 2 short of majority they canot get support from congress or AAP who alredy declared will be in opposition ... so BJP canot form the goverment or governor canot call BJP , but as per his role he might call for the biggest majority party to check if they can form the government ... but BJP canot make the country fools now and become fool after formation and losing the noconfident motion ... 60 years udayamam antaru kani 1972 lo SA wallu Jai Andhra ! antey vellu Nei Andhra ani SILENT GA SAMIKYANDHRA KI Jai kotaru .
