The other way is to have all parliament aspirants from all parties take a oath stating that they will support the same party that JAC decides for the center. They will follow their party stands at the state level. so that will make it a strong lobby of 25 members. The condition for supporting the government in the center will be. 1. If the state is united after elections, it will continue to do so for the next five years. 2. If the state is divided, this lobby will force rangareddy, hyderabad, mahabubnagar and nalgonda districts be added to the state of andhra pradesh as per the article 3 of the constitution. copies of these oaths should be sent to the president. Eee oath teesukunte, pranab will force for an assembly resolution, other wise the president will get such lafoot bills in the future. | ||

Or the otherway(not very practical though)to stop is both YSRCP and TDP MLAs forming a JAC in Andhra and saying that they will support BJP in center, no matter whoever wins the MP seat in seemaandhra if BJP votes against the bill. Also make sure all SeemaAndhra MPs vote against the bill in parliament.Theortically possible but practical ga jaragadu. TDP will also gets washed out in Telangana | ||
