bro....the plots are very cheap and it is a dream for every youngster to have a plot on his name...he is thinking aboiut next 20 yrs....and if its 5-6km from vja/vizag/guntur/eluru/hyd/any good town....very good investment....inflation is too high in India... but if some one is buying too many acres just for the heck of it...he may loose...as selling tht much land might become difficult...In these days...10lacs is nuthin for people to spend. | ||
