All these FREE SCHEMES are definitely good for the poor. But, one IMPORTANT thing we need to remember is yedaina ATHIGA cheste probleme. What YSR did was that ATHI be it in corruption, FREE Schemes etc. Any project/program should be debated for its merits and demerits and then try to close the loop holes and implement them. | ||

I think that with so many college seats available and less number qualifying for them, government has open gates to get enrollments through these kind of crappy policies. People are ready to work for 9000 rupees/month even today at a local office in Hyd. For every job posting in Hyd, there are atleast 6000 applications. The day is not so far, where managers at citi bank in bangalore might be given pink slip to replace them with people who would want to work for half the wage rate. | ||

I am not against poor getting education. The amount they spend should have gone into a corpus fund and give loans out of them to poor people and have them payback after they starts earning.
