I dont understand why ppl are blowing out of proportion w.r.t. RM?? Entire Nolan's Batman series is a straight lift frm the graphic novels & animation movies. One of the biggest hit Gajini is a straight lift frm 'Memento'. Most of the big movies are either inspired/copied/remade frm the original sources. A writer/director majorly relies on their 9wn experiences of the best things they have seen somewhere & the influences r always there. But no one cries on tht. It is not abt the inspiration....it is abt the treatment of the same. Even though it has been seen a million times, no one can stop the audience frm flocking if it is done grippingly well the 100th time. And to make a movie work which has already been done before takes skill. The AVPC will be pursuing with the local ISPs and Agencies to temporarily suspend, or disconnect Internet access to the use who had received three warning notices of instances of copyright infringement. Besides initiating enforcement actions against illegal down loaders under all the available acts and jurisdictions, AVPC also would be reporting such frequent illegal down loaders to the US agencies with a strong request to view his tendency to infringe on copyrights also as a potential threat to the IPR even in US.
