My views on 371D I hope by now everyone know about these two movements Telangana 1969 & Jai Andhra 1972 After these strong seperation movements to resolve the issues between the two regions } If the state is going to be divided this has to be addressed frist that means it has to be broken- To break it we know again consitutional abendment is requried- so it is required 2/3 majority If BJP wants to vote for it even 2/3 majority is possiable. so my view is that 371d has to be addressed before the Division of the state not after the Division | ||

Ap ni 6 zones ga chesi local govt jobs lo local zones ki matrame pref...ane spl clause presedential order tho constitution lo pettaaru..chala takkuva states lo untundhi idhi. So ippudu rendu states lo adhi implement cheyyalante re- phrase , re-zoning cheyyali which obviously need constitutional amendement T bill or any bills need simple majority in pariament, where as any constituional amendments need 2/3 majority 2/3 majority is supposedly tough to get in current T contex Now catch remaining is whether this amendment is A) pre-requisite to state formation ( OR) B)whether is it ok to amend right after the split( second case is easy ) ( or) C) both simultaneous ?
