Yes it is HIGHCROFT...320K Base + LOT Premium oka 10K + Options kalipi 385K avuthondi and 3150 SQ FT....OK naa? Am I spending a bit more in the area? Waiting for a good one..

But, at the time of actual signing in say april/may, take an Indian agent/realtor as your representative. they have seperate account to pay these agents. vaaditho 50-50 set chesukuntay...you will get around 6K, for a 400K home (agent will get 3% commission)
Nenu chesthondi ade brother...I shopped myself but aa 1.5% yedo osthadi adi REALTOR ni add chesthunna...otherwise no involvement in any decisions! Waiting for a good one..

That is typical to new houses. You are not obligated to take mortgage thru builder. I paid 10% down to lock and signed the contract. Since the construction process was going to take 10 months, I paid 1% (points) to the builder-backed mortgage to lock in the rate for 1 year and assurance that I can get rest of the loan. I had to pay additional 5% down to the builder during the construction (6 months down). At the completion, the rates were lower than previous year. So, I went out for mortgage shopping and found better rate with no points. Builder's mortgage returned me the 1% I paid at closing. Though I lent the builder 1% at no interest, it was safe gourd against future instability. |

Idi Pre Approval kaadu...this is like LOAN APPROVAL...kakapothe as gap between approval and handing over house near 7-8 months...they will one last time check paystubs and that last few months bank statements before OFFICIALLY approving anukunta...I will find out once again! How big is the builder, i went with Shea, they asked 5% Toll and Weeland ask for 10% since you said cary, so i am thinking 300-350k, 30K might be high but if the price is 500k then you are in correct down payment usually they dont if you dont get loan but depends on the builder i had friends who had issues with general loans and builder gave them in house loan It was pulte .those who are serious about their watches display them prominently, those who are more concerned with style and branding present you with aircraft carriers and hide their watches. |

Nenu oka realtor new construction modalu peduthunnad ante vella and looking at a model decided to go with signing the contract. Monna weekend kurchoni BASE Price ki OPTIONS add sesi intha avuddi ani telcham! Now I need to sign a CONTRACT with the builder...than the process starts! The process is: 1) Sign the contract by paying 10K as Earnest Money and LOCK the LOT on us. 2) They will give all the paper work to fill or may ask to fill online for LOAN approval. 3) Within next 1 month I need to pay another 20K to them. 4) In 45 days they will take all the relevant documentation and APPROVE or REJECT the LOAN (Conditional Approval?) (IF my application is rejected they will pay back this 30K and no more discussion) From now on I need to wait while the construction progresses. So, by paying 30K I need to wait, wait and wait till MAY-JUNE when the house is handed over. I think meantime just before handing over the house one last time they will check my finances like last 6 months financial deals and THAT WOULD BE THE TIME REAL MORTGAGE APPROVAL happens! Asala tension ikkade undi...CONDITIONAL APPROVAL happens in next 45 days....than after 6-7 months they one final time check all our income etc (May request latest 2-3 paystubs than) and than APPROVE the LOAN. Ee time period lo...I mean ye MARCH, APRIL lono mana Udyogam Oodatamo leda inkedo problem ayi LOAN approve kaaledu ante paristhithi yenti?
