371d emi avutundho...courts ki velle daaka cheppatam kastam....but any special provision to Hyderabad (whether they call it UT officially or not)...like Center handling law and order...will require constitutional ammendment.

As look as it is not a clean division like Jharkand etc with separate capitals right away ...2/3 majority will be needed

Not only that, 50% of the state assemblies means 14 state assembliles have to pass a resolution to approve the amendment.
