Amazing Movie. General audience need not miss it. Story is all abt the intense rivalry between Niki Lauda & James Hunt during the 1976 Formula 1 season where the championship is at stake. The former all mind & the latter all heart. Precision vs Talent. Calculation vs Dare Devilry. Rivalries jst don't get better than these for the sheer diversity. There are no heroes & villians in the movie. Towards the end, you start rooting for both the characters and that's the beauty of it. It's one of the rare movies which explains how rivalries can help ppl rather than jst destroy them. Cinematography was awesome. The Background score - amazing. (It's Hans Zimmer btw). You can jst watch the movie for the engine soundtracks. Chris Hemsworth & Daniel Bruhl just lived the characters. Jst wen u feel Chris is the guy, Daniel Bruhl nearly steals the show towards the end. This is quite possibly the best racing movie of all time and that's ironically becoz it not jst abt sheer racing but also abt the right depth of drama. General Audience need not miss it....Formula 01 racing fans should not miss it. Releasing in US on 27th. |
