basically you should cut down everything that has saturated fats...and keep all processed foods away..

There is a book called "Magnesium Miracle"..readt it when u have time..it is very helpful (thanks to my wife)...i suggested it to some of my friends and relatives and it is helping them including me, taking enough magnesium will help reduce the cholestol...
