agree this is not medeival times to implement cruel punishments. The least the government can do is have special subcell or something within police department who can investigate these crimes in a more efficient way while also dealing with the crime sensitively. | ||

In gang rape and murder crimes everyone will generally get the same punishment even if one of them did not participate in the act. They all deserve the death penalty. To continue what I was saying, Even though I oppose DEATH PENALTY, I strongly support today's verdit on two grounds: 1) Indian law allows DEATH PENALTY 2) The defendents are CLEARLY GUILTY and there is NO AMBIGUITY in their involvement and they DESERVE highest PUNISHMENT Also I think, the dealth penalty is NOT STRONG ENOUGH punishment in this case. | ||
