Moving down in the draft and accumulating picks is not working for Bill..He could have traded his number of picks to move up and get a stud WR couple of years ago..look at ATL .. they traded a farm and got Julio... now they are contenders.Instead Bill took chances on washed out FAs like ocho and loyd and paid dearly..Imagine - a julio or A.J greeen in combo of gronk. |

Pats have moved forward without welker and they wanted to do that last year also in house with edelman and hernandez but it did not work out .. so they brought amendola from outside and gave more money than welker commanded
