I somehow love Nokia phones .. but can they bring down premium smart phone costs? if they can .. that could be a potential game changer in my view .. also .. MSFT stands to gain a lot with this M&A is my guess .. deal wont go thru if they dont hike it to 9-10 billion annai....Nokia is left with IP....veryy very imp...all the patents...so aaple will still nokia the patent fees....IP / brand name all with nokia....very important is MSFT is absorbing 32k employees of nokia loss making handset divisionleaving nokia with only the profit making NSN...no debt....and with HERE....now I feel HERE will be bid b oracle for 3-5 billionusd....and NSN will merge with ALU and will become the 2nd biggest networks provider...too many 4g patents.... the bidding will start now....Nokia can come back to phones from 2015.... wrong...MSFT will conquer the mobile world....first govt contracts....enterprises....everyone will come for a lumia....phot enthusiasts will flock to Lumia phones.....crapdroid is gone and IOS is stale..... MSFT will incentivise more for apps dev where 95% best appps are already there on wp8....now with quad core procs /1080p /cloud/here/nok music/MSFT backing....Im telling u ....MSFT will swoop the world.....but this deal is daylight robbery....shareholders will ask for 10-11 billion else msft will lose nokia like yahoo....and msft will be doomed if the deal doesnt go thru..... slowly I expect bids coming from IBM/AAPL or GOOG (juss to screw msft and not to actually buy nok)/ chinese .../hp/lenovo... nope....msft will hive off devices into a separate entity and let elop and co lead it.....MSFT Lumia phones will be superbbbbbbbbb....Ill buy msft when it drops to 28.... and Nokia ...well in 2015 they'll come up with the path breaking Graphene phone.... I invested in nokia not because of their smart phone potential but the rest of the world mobile market share. Ippudu msft deenni konnadi. MSFT strong suit software development. Not hardware. Nokia mobile ni ela improve chestaro choodali. leadership parama chetha. Nokia rest of the business that wasn't sold will hold good value though. | ||
