Sometimes I wonder if you have selective amnesia when it comes to NaMo or ignorance? Some facts for you *Gujarat has spent Rs 140 crore for scholarships to 63 lakh Muslim students in last 10 years but if it was a central scheme then it's vote bank politics! *The state of Gujarat has welfare programmes for Bakshi Panch communities(OBC) which also cover as many as 30 Muslim communities. *Now in Delhi your party slogan for wooing muslims is "Jo Musalmaan ka vikas karega, wohi desh par raj karega." Minority definition varies from place to place in India so please don't label everything as appeasement and do disservice to the needy. Telugu minority engineering colleges are there in Chennai, do you really think we need them?? If at all he is the true follower of Sardar then he wouldn't fail the Patel test so badly. I always thought scholarships were entitlements and not rights; and that too when some entitlement (or rights) are only for minorities .. LOL .. that naturally deprives all other their "rights" of equality and fair play. Rightooo.... Discussion is not about Nehru or Sardar Vallabhbhai Jhaverbhai Patel or even if Patel would have been a better PM. Heck even Dev Gowda was a better PM than Nehru in my view so you can guess where I stand vis-a-vis Nehru Vs Patel. Article conveniently says thereby elevating NaMo to Patels' stature which I've a problem with. Right from Nehru's rabid communist stance on economy to sickularism, every stance has been contrasted by showing Patel and others like Rajaji's stance on economy/secularism. And Modi has, thus far, acted exactly in opposite ways to Nehru's doctrine on the lines of Sardar Patel. I dont understand what else you regard as facts.
