The free food bill or whatever it is only a hype. This Rs.150,000 Crs is pure bull shit. The actual additional expenditure might not even be 30-40% of that figure. Most of the state governments in their state budgets have already provisioned budgets for these schemes and they have been having these since the early 80s e.g. NTR's Rs.2 per kilo. So this is nothing but old wine in new bottle and a consolidation of the State govt's schemes. yes. BJP had the choice to not vote for it, they should have stuck to their principles, if they were against it as a party. Individual's intentions do not matter.
