1. exercise
2. weight loss, If you are overweight
3. avoid saturated fatty acids

1. Weekly 4-5 times workout chestanu, weights plus cardio.
2. 194lbs for 6'3 height.
3. Food healthy gane tintanu, salads for lunch and Quinoa/brown rice for dinner (salmon couple of times in a week), problem entii ante, meat kummio daily, plus weekend smoke chestanu, parties lo.
