First filin cheyyataniki time pattuddi, once filed approve avvataniki 3 to 6 months padutundi.
File cheyyali ante mundu paper AD veyyali, and AD 90 days vunchali, so FIRST filing ki 4 months then approve avvataniki 3 month vesukunna atleat 6 to 8 months to clear PERM

I think they are ready for PER(LABOR) filing. Enduku ate "recruiting" is for PERM filing and not for I140.
