if you are playing a tournament or sit-n-go's you see 2 people at the end and the winner takes the #1 spot. cash games normally are played at 10-person table (as you said 2 or more)... playing for fun is not interesting in poker, unless cash vunte tappa... we started playing as 4 members and we have been playing for over 3 years now, out of which one guy is mallu/one north indian and 2 telugus... the mallu guy won a tournament at pokerstars.net that made him eligible to play in WSOP in June at Vegas.
