Mrhyderabad:My bet would be to apply for labor from current company and then go for 140 premium (u will be eligible by then). Once you get 140 approved then move to FT position so that you can use the PD. If you think they will still offer FT position 8-10 months down the line...

Maharshi:asalu Labour 5th year H1b status end lopu compulsery apply cheyala ?
after 6 years H1 extension dorakali ante ur perm application needs to be approved or pending with uscis for more than 365 days. current scenario lo labor for a client better than labor from a desi consultantm, but client side delays untai like HR delays/ads/attorney delays. desi consultant aite u will have more control. so permenant offer teesukune mundu vallaki cheppu ilaa gc labor apply cheyyali ani..if u take up offer now and they start gc immediately, oct 2010 lopala file cheyyachu..kakapote join ayina 6 months ki gc chestam type rules unte bokka.. more over if u think u will have the contract extended even after 2011, ippudu employer dwara chesi,h1 extension vacchaka jump kottu |
