If you are the kind who works out while watching TV and are in general disciplined, having elliptical at home is worth it. lekunte tower aaresukovadaniki tappa deniki paniki radu.

Since you are saying nearest gym is far away, I think buying elliptical is a good idea for you. If you figure out what to buy, post here.

almost evey1 asks for a commitment these days, try to talk to the marketing exec for a deal...
intlo equip is waste unless u r highly focused

problem with eleptical or threadmill is our body habbituates to routine, so after few weeks though you do you may not loose...u need to change ..one week stepper one week thread mill one week cycling...ela marchuthoo undali ...rest mee ignathi ...one year nundi adanga lagetutunna eppudu one hour 5 miles kottina continue 10 days no change ...good part is no increase ...biryani beer kavalante matuku lagethaka tappadu

tammudu my sincere advice join a health club like Lifetime fitness, commitment undadhu you can leave anytime... 24/7 365 days open untadhi...fresh towels for shower, steam, sana, swimming, group exercises, daily classes untayi ...early morning 5.30 ki wellu do exercise and all kalakrutyalu and from there to office ..... it's 50 per month 10 days wellina worth ....

I am looking for a elliptical which is not very huge as I have space constraint.

Smaller equipments have a stride length of 14 16 or 18 inches and not sure if they are good. Min 20 inches undali antunnaru web lo..I guess thats based on american standards of total height and length of legs...manaki ok na stride length <=18?
