There is one more exercise I don't see many doing it You know exercise ball start with 25 lbs Walking with that You put that on your chest use two hand as if you hug your girl friend But not tight hug and never hold at bottom of ball You should use your paws on the opposite side of ball. Means one end of ball your chest another end of ball your two paws And then walk minimum 20 to 30 steps one way this also helps build back muscles and it bumps your heart beat too much Driving is my PASSION. That's why compound exercises are nothing but functional body moevements that we do on part of Day to day routine So try to do compound movement exercises than isolated exercises After doing these exercises to test myself I do carry Costco water bottles 24 count or 6 count big water bottles I keep on my arms carry all 5 floors using stairs Initially it was difficult but now a days it's ok My architect and fellow workers keep says why don't use elevator but I don't It's shame for me to use elevators Driving is my PASSION. 180kgs gym competition lo 1 rep ki I didnt win though would have won if it was through weight category..but usually does around 165kg for 5 reps. .. I dont know if they have it..but USI/domyos are only good enough brands in india..check with decathalon if they have it..

pretty famous exercise..farmers walk..your traps,core and legs will become as tough as iron .. personally will term it as greatest exercise for body..one need not do any other exercise..I usually recommend people to do this who dont want to go to gym!!! I do it in my house with pair of buckets filled with water quite regularly(12kg each)..and walk quite a distance.. almost 450ft non stop sometimes even climb stairs with it.. gym lo antha space vundadu..janaalu lenappudu naa trap day ainappudu chesthu vuntaa trap bar tho.. waiters walk is another variation of it..also great exercise but equally dangerous exercise HAR GHAR BHAGWA CHAAYEGAA

Since you have weak posterior opt for hex bar . I like hexbar because its more functional movement than a deadlift and do it on leg day alternating with hack and jefferson squat..(infact hex bar dl is more safer quad exercise than conventional back squat)

DR, what do you think about German Strength training method? Is doing more reps with less weight and doing less reps with more weight good for overall health and strength? having more defined muscle is not my goal.... my goal is getting better functional body with good strength.. |

So I think I can buy a hex bar for deadlift.. theoretically, it looks to me, hex bar looks more comfortable and we can lift more weight as well... may I know what's the difference between the weight you can lift between Hex Bar and Olymic barbel? |

Which one is better for deadlift? Can Hex Bar deadlift give the same benefits as that of Olympic Barbell? For me Olympic barbell deadlift hurts my lower back even with proper form... Would Hex bar be better for me? |
