1) rearend situations lo guddinodidi tappu. there is no other arguement here 2) even though paramedics chested everything and cops saw everything no scratch etc etc in some cases pain can manifest even after couple weeks. so they could have hired attorney just as a precaution or they are trying to screw over the insurance company. ittanti situations lo attorneys usually work without a retainer. they will get paid if they win any money from attorney. dabbul ippinchalekapothe attorney ki paycheyyadam undadu. 3) good thing is you dont have to worry about anything. your insurance company will take care of it. all you have to do is pay your deductable. | ||

i rear ended one car, after india trip straigthy into a 4 hr drive..i dozed off during a stop and go traffic on the freeway due to construciton..lucky ga 20-30 speed..mundu car was a old one with teens in it and a mom..oka 2k total cost ante..they didnt claim anything...worst scenario, naa insurance india trip lo unnapudu expired..my auto pay didnt work as credit card put a block suspecting fraud on my account as i used it in india. with out insurance lucky to get out with 2k payment. naa car ki oka 5k repairs..manchi vallaki manche jarugutundi  There's a cacophony in the truth, A melody in lies and it accompanies one on every journey, From the lows to the highs | ||

naa close cousin ki ilaane very minor accident ayyindi, he was at fault and hit another car with an old man inside..no ticket given, not even dent on either cars, old man said hi to my cousing, was taking very jovial, told nothing to worry and he left...2 months after accident, my cousin got a notice from old man's daughter saying the old man suffered heart attack and they attributed the reason to this accident...they put a claim for 150k...My cousin's Insurance fought the case for 2 years and finally settled for 40k...manam peekedemi ledhu, we have to keep following up with Insurance company and they will fight out these cases...only problem is, you cannot change/upgrade your insurance when the case is in progress.. | ||

I just paid one month insurance premium ( $70 ) at that time.. All the other car passengers sued me for insane medical expenses, but Insurance company took care of everything.. Total cost of for them $50K+... After that my premium had gone up from $70 $100, but came back after an year or so.. in short, don't worry ... | ||

I had similar situation , nothing happened to cars, cops kooda raledhu...but exchanged insurances chinki lady is the one in the car ,age around 35-40 vuntayi emo.... she claimed doctors expenses around $40K through their attorney....(yes it is $40K) instead .but insurance said they will deal with that and closed it for $10K. after 2 years of discussion they couldn't able to claim for their car, as there is no damages, not even scratch . insurance lady said if they come up with attorney means, nothing happened at the site, but still they want to claim ani ardham as of now , we cannot do anything insurance will take care. $1000 deductabilye is for your car, not for their car or health... what is the maximum you guys had....like $100K? if they claim more than that then worry. | ||

Nothing to worry...your insurance will take care of it couple of years ago, HD apartment parking lot lo reverse teesthuntey, pakka car lo nundi chihuahua dog jump chesi rear tire kindhaki poyindhi...there's no way she could have avoided this the dog was not on leash, dog owners threatened us and sued us...insurance took care of it for us | ||

Friend car ki accident ayyindi on friday , he rear ended another car (baby + 2 adults in the car). They called cops, it was just a fender bender, scratch kooda padaleedu. Ambulance vocharu, they checked and said everything is fine with baby, ticket kooda ivvakunda vellipoyaru. My Friend got a call this morning from Insurance guys saying other party got an attorney and said there is injury, remember you have $1000 deductible. My friend explained, nothing happened that day, they too agreed, Insurance guys said, we'll make a note of it and hanged up.
