Ideal would be for congress to get out of the fake Gandhi clutches and evolve. by cadre, congress is a center right party which went extreme left because of the stupid leaders.

two center-right parties fighting is what India needs.

Rajusk:

konni highlights:

Rahul Gandhi showed many virtues in this election. He showed a certain tenacity. He exuded energy. He did not sink to the level to which Modi did, but the one thing that he needed to do was this: carry conviction to the people… Here is the message. I will do it. Look into my eyes, I mean business.

This election, I said, was about whether India remains India or not

I almost feel that this election will contribute to the beginning of the dismantling of our republic, and the tragic thing is that the public can be mobilized to dismantle a republic. To put it more specifically, if Mr Modi forms the government, we would see a very serious erosion in whatever remains of the quality of our democracy. We would be taking many steps towards what can only be described as electoral authoritarianism, which is to say, a regime where elections take place at the appointed hour but everything other than elections that a democracy needs does not exist. In elections, the counting is fair, but nothing other than counting is fair.

We have already seen a serious erosion in the quality of institutions, from the Central Vigilance Commission and the Central Bureau of Investigation to even the Supreme Court. We have seen the Rajya Sabha being bypassed in many occasions. I fear that with this election, we are staring at not just a loss of autonomy but a situation where a duly elected leader exercises all the powers of an authoritarian regime

All I am saying is this is a very serious setback, even worse than the Emergency, which was an onslaught only on one of the pillars of the idea of India—democracy. The other two pillars, diversity and development for the last person, were sort of left untouched

Nuvu po po ante ekkadiki povali , its people who need to disown it

Regional partys entha nilabadutunnayi

How many regional partys came in Haryana , Tamilnadu and vanished

Look in Delhi AAP loosing its votes and again that block of voters moving towards congress

Stop blaming only congress , regional heads also need to compromise on their egos to bring a greater alternative to bjp

'Congress Must Die': Yogendra Yadav Blames Grand Old Party as Exit Polls Predict NDA 2.0
Yadav called the Rahul Gandhi-led Congress 'biggest obstacle in the path for creating an alternative'.

New Delhi: ‘Congress must die’, said Swaraj India chief Yogendra Yadav as the bitterly-fought seven-phased Lok Sabha elections came to a close and the exit polls unanimously predicted a return of the Modi government on Sunday.

Reacting to an exit poll prediction, Yadav tweeted saying, “The Congress must die. If it could not stop the BJP in this election to save the idea of India, this party has no positive role in Indian history. Today it represents the single biggest obstacle to creation of an alternative."
