nenu 163 nunchi 156 ki vacha fitness center ki vellinappudu. oka 4 months vellaledu and india nunchi sweets avi vasthe thunnanu.again 164 ki vellanu. now started millets diet from past 2 or 2.5 months. not exactly millets diet. only lunch lo millets. morning omelet, idly ala thinesthanu. night bread meeda avocado mix, dosalu ala. weekend parties lo normal food. 10:30 am ki fruits. 3:30 pm ki intlo chesina juice or avocado mix. appudappudu sweet potato. evening oka 45 mins to 1 hour walk.

164 nunchi 151.6 ki vachanu now.

Keto is high fat diet kada...not high protien...but ya let lo initially ketolo kuda hair fall untadsni vinna...may b temporary..hair fall mainly has underlying androgenic issues

I talked to several people who did keto for 5+ years and havent heard any major issues. Other than weight loss, they other vitals got better. A couple of nutritionists also mentioned they monitored people on this diet without any issues. But there is always this this - "not enough data and study done on this". Theoretically they say, it may impact liver and your heart (bcoz of heavy fats). Do you really want to take the risk considering it can cause irreversible effects (liver etc). One nutritionist said, if you have a family history of heart diseases, you should rethink. The other advice that I got was to use this on a short term 4-6 months and then shift to a less intense balanced diet after you have seen results.

I did for 5 months and stopped it, not becuase of anything negative but I was not able to sustain the orthodox diet on a daily basis. I lost 15 pounds before I s topped it. Now I am trying not to regain the weight.

3mnths back he head preventive health check up, all is well,2 days back he had pain,went to dr,tests done,kidney effected,only change during this 3 mnths was he strted keto
