Assuming that the ruling coalition wins 60% of the seats, if all seats were equally likely to vote for the ruling coalition, the probability of any constituency voting for the winning coalition in any one poll is 60% and in all 5 consecutive polls is 0.6^5 = 7.7%. 7.7% of 543 is 42 but only 20 have been named here. That means the predictive ability of these seats is worse than random chance! It's probably because constituencies have base voters depending on caste, religion etc. and they don't swing easily.
