@Itzpetergriffin not using equityzen now ..as they have high sales fee and commission of almost 6% to 8% casper,swiggy,remitly,coinbase are on my watch list.. I think remitly is live on equityzen Investing in early rounds is higky rewarding..when valuation is low..but very risky | ||

Equityzen i dont know specifically.. But the way PE works..is ppl vet your idea thoroughly, and yes look at the numbers that are NA to public.. Daniki top.. PE folks will properly screw lo lots of ans, n then make a call on to put $.. if sm ship is sinking, they can be part of the board and take charge of firm as well... do well and exit happy.. Ultimate goal.. is to hit a Russell-six multibagger for their investment.. The issue is you have patience to hold as it is not easy to exit/cash out/liquidate your holdings till IPO or till the companies are acquired Also the failure rate is high ..some companies may not see light of the day | ||

Your ques is 2 fold.. 1. Logistics..adi nenu research cheyali.. ilanti crowdfunding concept funds..can we step in ani.. 2. Risk ? U mean.. mkt risk.. I personally am not fan of these rideshare concept.. cos with it comes lots of pain.. scalability, profitability takes a hit..on space of traditional bix, prefer smthing loke Amazon, ilantivi.. risk unna..biz idea is strong.. Uber ola lyft will face legal hurde Les, quality of service gets compromised and as a firm you dont hav much control on the drivers.. adi huge deterrent for me.. That said.. there is huge hype arnd this area. So PE VC will exit very happy with IPO mostly, cashing on hype..long term prospects weak..
