Observsstions: 1) Both governments have anti on majority of MLAS because of low level corruption in villages because of janma bhoomi committee or party cadre eating money or what ever reason. 2) NO major corruption issues exposed except allegations. 3) raithu bandhu helped in last minute and many schemes for trs, similarly for tdp last minute schemes and pensions helping . 4) not much anti- on KCR OR CBN. success: 1) TRS done perfect electioneering with good planning and execution and to some extent CBN helped by contesting and raising emotions. 2) ikkada kuda jaggadi roopam lo bhane helping but unless proper electionering it is tough to win.
