it will take a few decades for this to change.. why single out Bob, every political party, barring BJP at center(not state level), has this problem. In a way this helps state parties to keep tight control over the party, but at the same time, dilutes the sense of having any ethical binding with a particular party for the secondary leaders of the parties. | ||
