how do you know if there is rampant corruption in the army. If there is why do you think it is only limited to Indian army ? Do you think indian army should not bother about international orgs and just go around shooting spree ? Pakistan is fighting a proxy war for ages .. They have ready recruits from jaish and other terror organisations? they do logistics support and dont count them as army .. so when a terrorist form their side dies it is not a casualty for their army ?? We do not understand the doctrine of the armed forces and rules by which they are supposed to operate but yet make statements here which show utter disregard for that. The operational scenario is very simple IAF or any country's airforce stays within their territorial area and patrol when a threat is perceived , in such a scenario when the enemy is entering our airspace they are warned (their aircraft radars also pick up the signals that they have been identified and locked in enemy radars). At that point they either turn away (if they turn cold feet or received orders from their command or if they were just feigning), if they choose to enter our airspace it is deemed they came to attack. Now our Airforce tracks the enemy planes from the minute they take off from their bases or when they come in to their radar range. They immediately scramble planes and keep them ready (while the above mentioned steps of warning etc is being done by the MATC). When the enemy enters our airspace then they are challenged. what happened the other day IAF had an active patrol and formation in the air, they tracked a formation of 24 planes (F-16, Mirage 5/6, J17). When PAF planes entered our airspace they were challenged and they fired couple of missiles and turned back( that landed in empty areas), our fighters were ordered to engage and Wng Co Abhi chased and shot down one and got shot down (not sure by who yet). So your repeated posts that IAF was not prepared or caught napping is at best your rant and nothing else. Take a chill pill and have confidence in the ability of IAF who has some of the best trained force and who have delivered each and every time they were asked to. In Armed forces no one cares your conduct, they go by results. I know at the time of kargil, jawans are like mercury Of late most of these recruiters and their training seems not so efficient compared to their predecessors. You accept or not, Pakistan army is battle hard they are in tough with latest battle strategies and tools because of this they are better prepared always. Look at the casualties happening for Indian Army, pittalu ralinatlu raliporunnaru, what so ever is reason. TELLAL are better trained and equipped than many of the fighting forces. We need to introspect, is this current genration battle ready ? IF I'll preparedness on next day doome c the whole operation. It is not acceptable when they tried to boast that we encountered 24 with 8 ? Why ? What the IAF chief doing ? Sleeping ? Are we at present really a battle ready army with professional training ?
