Yes after Modi came to power terror attacks restricted to kashmir only where when congress ruled from 2004 -2014 500 terror attacks happened all over India. btw a person in a PM seat needs to have some credibility, it didn't matter till now for India to an outsider as they were local "jhumlas" so he better confine there and let someone with credibility handle the international affairs. he should stop pushing the forces to do something in a hurry so he can bag the votes for election. he was given a full term but he didn't do anything that mattered towards pakistan in 4.5 years except hugs, selfies and dances.
